CLARIFICATION AND COMMUNICATION PERMISSION SCOPE UNDER THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Electronic message, e-mail, which you send to Desa Demir employees via the forms on the Desa Demir website or through Desa Demir sales, technical support and communication channels, which are within the scope of the Protection of Personal Data and which are accepted as personal data in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, Your personal information, which you will send via SMS messages and similar communication media, regarding the issues deemed appropriate by Desa Demir managers; In order to carry out customer satisfaction researches, surveys, promotion, information, celebration, wishes, approval and marketing studies, to develop special opportunities for your needs, to create statistics about your transactions, to ensure the continuation of the connection with you. Personal data can be processed within the terms and purposes of processing.

Your data may be transferred to business partners, shareholders, affiliates, legally authorized public institutions and private persons (companies / institutions and their infrastructure and service providers such as shipping company, call center, consultants, market research companies, data storage centers) within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law No. 6698.

Within the scope specified above, commercial electronic messages, e-mails, video and/or voice messages (SMS/MMS), letters can be sent to you, telephone, call center calls, automatic calls and similar means will be able to contact you.

As a data owner within the scope of Law No. 6698,

  • Learning whether your personal data is processed,
  • If your personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
  • Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, in the country or abroad,
  • Requesting correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring it to be processed disappear, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to notify the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • To request the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data,
